Ghoul Ricki is an Edmonton-based bard, painter and necromancer. His tunes are inspired by a belief that all matter is alive, that death is (for better or for worse) impossible because, at a most fundamental level, each particle is characterized by a quantum of qualia, a spark that is inextinguishable. Just as mass is a property of matter, so too is feeling. This mythos permeates Ghoul Ricki’s expression as he opens portals unto the numinous interstices of human experience.
